LCSW Supervisor Roster

This Supervisor Roster is a voluntary contact list of LCSW licensees willing to provide supervision to LCSWA licensees. The Board requires that LCSWA supervision be provided by an individual who has a masters or doctoral degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school of social work, has at least 2 years of post LCSW clinical experience, and who is licensed in good standing with this Board as an LCSW. This list is maintained as a courtesy and should not be viewed as a list of Board recommended supervisors. [Through our website license lookup, you may verify that the license remains current and in good standing, with no public record action that prohibits the licensee from providing supervision.]

If you would like to have your name added to, removed from, or a change made to the information provided on this roster, please notify the Board in writing or via email at dteague@ncswboard.gov. Requests must include your name, license number, NC City, and phone number to be listed. This roster is reviewed annually by the administrative office. If the information does not match the records in our database, your name may be removed and you will have to submit an updated request to be added.
